‘The Man, the Idol, the Cat’ competes in Cinema Invisible

‘The Man, the Idol, the Cat’ directed by Mehnaz Yazdani has been qualified to participate at the 2017 Festival Cinema Invisible, the US.

The Iranian short animation film ‘The Man, the Idol, the Cat’ directed by Mehnaz Yazdani is to participate at the 2017 Festival Cinema Invisible held in the US.

‘The Man, the Idol, the Cat’ has previously obtained an Honorary Diploma for Best Script at the 10th Tehran International Animation Festival in Iran.

The animation film produced by Hussein Nazarpour portrays philosophical matters from a comedy point of view.

Festival Cinema Invisible, is an independent, not-for-profit venue dedicated to celebration of the Middle Eastern films that international audience may not otherwise see. FCI is committed to nurturing purposeful communication and meaningful cultural exchange.

FCI provides filmmakers with the opportunity to learn and grow by exhibiting their creative works, while encouraging the international public to expand their understanding and knowledge of the cinema of the Middle East.

The festival features documentaries, Independent films, narratives, short and full length films, as well as animations, experimental and other cutting edge technologies.

The 2017 Festival Cinema Invisible will be held on April 22-23 in New York, US.
